TERMS OF SALE
FORMATION OF A CONTRACT
In order to place your order(s), you are required to follow the online shopping process accordingly. As your order(s) are successful, you will receive an Order Confirmation for both of our acknowledgements.
A contract will only include the order(s) which we deliver/ship to you.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Malaysian ringgit. Delivery/shipping costs will be charged as the additional charges at the "Checkout" page.
You can make your payment(s) based on your preferences. Click here to find out our mode of payments.
To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, we encrypt your card data for further process. Once we receive your order, we will request pre-authorisation on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds available to complete the transaction. You order will NOT be confirmed until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. The final amount will be debited once we have sent you the Order Confirmation. Cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorisation, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
- Mistaken Orders
If you realized that you have made a mistaken during completing the information needed, kindly send us an email at [email protected]. We will try our best to sort your problem out!
- Refusal of Order
For some of the exceptional circumstances, we have the right, at anytime, to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation.
Hence, if we have to cancel your order, the payment amounts will be FULLY refunded to you.
We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any products from this website, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on this website or for refusing to process or accept an order.
We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery period, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Please note that there might a possiblity for us to not being able to deliver to some locations. Therefore, we will inform you using the contact details that you have provided to us to arrange for delivery to an alternative delivery address.
All of the delivery or shipping will be in our standard packaging.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY
SRY is totally committed to protect the privacy of our customers. We will not simply disclose your information to another third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you.
We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third parties without your permission.
