CAN I GET REFUND FOR MY PRODUCT?
Yes, you can. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
However, sale items, pre-order items or purchases made with discount code are NOT eligible for a full refund.

WHAT ARE THE REASONS THAT CANNOT BE CONSIDERED FOR A FULL REFUND?
Following reasons will not be processed as a full refund. We will only process for 70% of the total payment, excluding the delivery/shipping fee.
