CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?  

SRY will ONLY accept return of faulty product due to manufacturing if your received product is incorrect/damaged upon receipt. 

Please notify us with your return/exchange request within three (3) days from the date product is successfully received by the customer. 


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product MUST NOT be a sale or pre-order item (selected collection), must be unworn, unmark, unaltered, unwashed and in a good condition with ALL tags still attached. Items that are damaged, used, marked or altered will not be accepted.


Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same style, subject to current availability.


Note: Actual products are not guaranteed to look exactly like the display on your screens, especially the colour may vary slightly due to lighting and editing.



HOW ABOUT THE DELIVERY FEE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEM?

Delivery fee to return the product to us shall be borne by the customer.
